Meaning "support" in Sanskrit. Adhara is a women's club and space that offers professional, social, spiritual and charitable programs that celebrate women and enhance their development.
Adhara is a place where women are free to mingle, socialize, network, pamper themselves, break a sweat, meditate, stretch, relax, work, learn, read, invent and give back.
An environment for women to make powerful social and professional connections, unlock their potential, nurture their health and well being, and use their unique talents to give back and serve others.
WHEN SLEEPING WOMEN WAKE,
MOUNTAINS WILL MOVE.
INTENTION
Adhara was built for women to congregate, collaborate and create. Within our walls, women help each other lead satisfying lives and talk about things they are passionate about, share ideas, and inspire each other to be bold and take action.
We are a social group by nature but we are also socially aware. We invest in our own Adhara women right here in New York City as well as women around the globe because we know that when women are economic agents and leaders, social change accelerates, returns multiply, and can be measured in our families, our neighborhoods, and on the other side of the world.

PROGRAMS
Adhara marks the beginning of a change in how women network, socialize and grow. As a womenís club and space, we are dedicated to offering female-focused events and programs that appeal to women on many levels. We are a community of women ages 21 and older, with a particular focus on professional women ages 25 - 65.
Through our programs, Adhara creates and empowers a community of women while strengthening opportunities for personal, professional, spiritual, and charitable growth. We help women form networks and encourage them to seek out role models that can help catapult them into the next phase of their lives, filled with authenticity, contentment and success.
